Most of my exercise will come from hiking around Lago di Orta and Lago di Maggiore, Portofino, Cinque Terre, Sardinia, and the various amazing towns of Italy with a 15lb backpack on all the time. Swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, I'm sure, is pretty decent exercise. Despite all this, I'm still going to try to squeeze in some bodyweight circuits in the morning.
Here's one of my plans:
-- Squats (as many as I can do in a minute)
-- T Push-ups
-- Bulgarian Split Squat (15-20 each leg)
-- Spiderman Climb (as many as possible)
-- Standing Calf Raises (15-20 each leg)
-- Bird-Dogs (as many as I want)
All of that done with as little rest as possible. Intensity is key!
I'm also going to look for good tree branches and bars wherever I can to do inverted rows and pull-ups.
Most of my "research" was done at Craig Ballantyne's youtube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/cbathletics
I'll update when I come back in July. Ciao!
