Current Favorite Ab Exercise

Here's my current favorite ab exercise, the standing barbell trunk twist.




A real killer for the obliques. I, personally, don't add any extra weight to the 45lb bar and add a bit more rotation than the guy in this video. I recommend this exercise for all of you out there who are getting sick of your usual ab routine.
